She works with local\, national\, and international organizations to support parents\, youth\, and young adults. Alongside her husband\, Pam guided her family’s transition from early parent-led advocacy to empowering her sons to become independent self-advocates\, disability community leaders and mentors to others. \n\n\n\nA published author and active community leader\, Pam serves on the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) National Technical Institute for the Deaf (NTID) Foundation Board\, as well as national advisory committees for the Hands & Voices Family Leadership in Language & Learning (FL3) Center and the American Academy of Pediatrics EHDI Provider Education Center.
