Join our network of parents and families with Deaf and Hard of Hearing children throughout New York State. Our community includes parents, Deaf and Hard of Hearing adults, and professionals who work with children who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Benefits include a subscription to the national Hands & Voices publication of The Communicator.
