We took time to slow down and be mindful during our Yoga event on Saturday, February 8th! Families were able to come together at Butterfly Kids Yoga to do yoga, create a calming jar, color, and connect! There were so many connections made between the children and the adults! We can’t wait for our next event in March! Please reach out if you are interested in learning about more events in the Rochester area!
